Club Terms

Commitment to the Cellarmaster Club will be for (3) consecutive club disbursements of (6) bottles each, twice per year, each bundle costing up to $225.00. After the purchase of the 3rd bundle, memberships may be cancelled in writing to wine@raylenvineyards within 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Payment for your first bundle is due at initial signup and your credit card will be securely stored for future purposes.

30 days prior to the next wine club release you will receive an email regarding the contents and cost of your wine club bundle.

Bundles will be available for pickup during our Cellarmaster Pickup Event Day. All bundles must be picked up within 45 days of the release date.

Shipping cost for bundles shipped within NC is $10.

Shipping cost for bundles shipped out of state to any other state we ship to, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, is $25. Bundles shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.

We do not currently ship to: AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, MI, MS, MT, NJ, RI, SD, or UT.

It is the responsibility of Cellarmaster Club members to notify the Vineyard of any changes to your billing arrangements or shipping address. RayLen is not responsible for additional charges due to incorrect shipping or billing information.

Membership in RayLen Vineyards Cellarmaster Club is non-transferrable, and a member must be present to obtain club benefits.

Bundles are preselected by RayLen to bring you an amazing taste experience. No Substitutions.
