Do you have a restaurant on-site?

No, we do not have a restaurant. However, we often host food trucks during our events. Check out our upcoming events for more details. We also have a deli case with an assortment of meats, cheeses, and crackers available for purchase!

Can I visit the vineyard to pick my own grapes?

No, we do not allow visitors to pick their own grapes. You may be invited to taste a few fresh from the vine during your tour, though!

Can I bring outside food and drink?

We welcome guests to bring a picnic and enjoy the scenery during normal business hours and certain events! 

Our hours are: Monday – Saturday: 11:00AM – 6:00PM / Sunday: 12:00PM – 6:00PM

Please note that during certain events where food is available for purchase, outside food is not allowed.

How much is a tasting?

A tasting can be between $8 and $15 dollars depending on your selection. We offer red and white flights as well as tastings from our reserve selection. Check out our pricing chart for more details.

Will I be able to schedule a tour today?

Tastings and tours are available most days during normal business hours. To be sure we’re available, you can book a tasting and tour ahead of time using our booking calendar.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! We welcome all well behaved, leashed dogs that are up to date on vaccines to visit during normal business hours and most events. Pets must remain with their owners and please note that pets are not allowed on tours.

Do you ship wine to my location?

We ship to the following states: NC, CA, CO, DC, FL, LA, MD, MN, NH, NY, SC, TX, VA.

For the additional states we can ship to, please give us a call: AK, AZ, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MO, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY

What hours are you open?

Monday – Saturday: 11:00AM – 6:00PM

Can guests bring lawn chairs?

Yes, lawn chairs and tents are welcome.

Can guests bring beer and outside alcohol?

Due to ABC regulations, outside alcohol (including beer) is prohibited.  If wine isn’t your thing, we provide a wide range of beverages including our canned Fizzzy! 

Please note: RayLen Vineyards & Winery reserves the right to inspect any and all coolers on-site to ensure that no outside alcohol is present.

Are children allowed at RayLen during normal hours? What about events?

Children of all ages are allowed but must remain with an adult at all times. You must be 21 or older to purchase wine or participate in a tasting.

How do I make a return or cancel a purchased event ticket?

Unfortunately, all wine and event ticket sales are final and are not subject to refund or exchange.

I want to bring decorations. Are decorations allowed?

Decorations are not permitted unless you have reserved a private event space and paid the event fee in full.  Absolutely NO balloons, confetti, sparklers, streamers, or glitter are allowed on the property.  Since we are a working farm and vineyard, such decorative items can hurt our vines and the fragile ecosystem. If you have booked a private event, please contact your event coordinator and ask what decorations are permitted.
